Treating patients from birth to seniors (geriatric) in wellness and acute illness care, Burke Primary Care is a locally owned, independent family physician medical practice. Conveniently located adjacent to Blue Ridge Hospital (off East Parker Road) in Morganton, NC, Burke Primary Care offers extended hours: 8am to 8pm, Monday – Friday and from 8 am to noon on Saturdays to meet the healthcare needs of busy families and working adults.

Horrible experience. Never in my life have I been treated so unfairly. Because I have many health problems including degenerative back disease and I am poor I must be a drug addict. These people are truly awful. I have years of proof of my health problems but I was told by Dr. Guessner to take a Tylenol.
