Going on day 4 in a few hours with no power and no idea of when it will be restored with a undermanned crew going into this our directors and manager should of had mutual aid from nnpd or oppd contacting independent contractors also …
If you live in town you get the power back on fast. If you are a rural customer you better have a backup plan. Power out for days before it gets restored.
Burt Co. Power, definitely lacking in capability. They are technologically insufficient. Doesn’t have the ability to make proper notifications to customers. Last year we were without power for four and a half days. Here we are again …
