  1. Extremely poor customers service and assistance at the store in Easton. We have been waiting 15 minutes for someone to assist us, and we haven’t received help despite asking multiple times. I will not shop here again unless forced to.

  2. My wife loves this store even more than Babies R Us. Comparable prices, but different selections. This store itself is huge and filled with everything you could possibly need for baby. Really nice staff and clean store.

  5. We had called ahead to make sure they had a display model of the Chicco Tre jogging stroller, they told us yes but upon arrival they could not find it. The associate did look and was kind but we had driven half an hour to see the model and then they ended up not not having it.
