C&C has very affordable rates and they are very dependable. When I call the office for any reason, the staff is friendly and willing to help out.

I have trash service and I use the transfer station drop-off for my recyclables. They have been nothing but professional since I began the service.

Wouldnāt even give them a one start, I have a video of the way the customer service reps talk to you, they are very rude!!!! They admit no wrong and way over charge anytime they can!!!! I tried several disposal services when I moved here in 2004. Waste Management was the worst, and C&C was better by a long shot than any other. Still is.
They took a month to remove there tote from my property!

Spoke with office manager very rude. Would not help me out what so ever and yelled at me on the phone . asked speak to someone else she refused and said she’s not picking up our trash.
Absolutely terrible service. They don’t always show up on their scheduled days and then when there isn’t room in the dumpster (because they didn’t show up on time) they’ll just push the extra trash to the side rather than picking it up. If you’re looking for a disposal company, look elsewhere!

Terrible customer service management refuses to call back to resolve issues. Went a entire week without dumpster that was paid in full up front and wanted to charge me a ādrop feeā when they brought wrong size container do NOT use them.

C&C disposal NO SIGNATURE CONTRACT BULLSHIT. They take advantage of their customers. So if you move close your business you are still responsible to pay trash service.
BEWARE of this company. My friend called to cancel her service and she was told since she didn’t give written notice 90 DAYS BEFORE her 1 year contract that the contract would automatically renew and SHE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEXT ā¦
They miss trash pick ups. Say they will credit my account and do not.. Charged me a late fee when they didn’t send out bills. Then raised rates.
Garbage Service. Garbage Company. Belongs in the Garbage. Garbage is prepaid. I’m not paying for you to pick up your equipment from your disrespectful garbage guy throwing my secure straps across the yard and leaving garbage in my driveway he dropped. Several times.

Horrible service! Their drivers must be extremely lazy and not want to do anything because they constantly leave full bins behind. They then turn around and lie that your bin wasnāt out. Multiple times trash or recycling is not picked up ā¦
If I could give a zero star and review I would. We had service with them and they gave us a deal to switch over, we paid up front and waited for the bill to come so we could pay it like every other bill we get. We never received anything ā¦
I was quoted $54 for pickup $9 extra for recycling pick up, in Pueblo West south of hwy 50. Neighbor uses them. They don’t charge you for the large container like A Affordable which is nice if you can’t afford the up front costs or $40 a year to rent from the other trash company.
I’ve had no problems with my trash service and I’ve been with C&C for years. They pick up even if I forget to put the trash can at the curb. I wish they provided free recycling but I get what I pay for. I put the trash in the can, ā¦
No complaints. Trash is always picked up. Over the 5 years or so that I have used C&C they maybe only not picked up 2 or 3 times and always came back to do it. Trash has never been left on the ground and any extra bags have been taken.

I have an account for a 2 yard roll off to be picked up weekly. They show up maybe once a month and when I call to try and see whats going on they are very rude and refuse to answer any questions but continue charging my card$100 a month for zero service . I have put the trash by the curb everyday without fail by 4am when I leave for work. They have failed to pick up trash multiple times. My wife calls and the driver lies and says it’s not out when you can see on the ring doorbell that it is.

I’ve never had a favorite garbage disposal company – until now! The customer service with C&C was unparalleled and the drivers on my route were friendly and went out of their way to be considerate. Even hauled my cans down my driveway for me once when I forgot! 10/10 highly recommend!
The drivers are nice and professional. But the customer service in the office are very unprofessional and extremely rude on the phone when you just call to make sure that the trucks are running in bad weather. I say again extremely rude and unprofessional on the ohone.

I would not recommend C&C Disposal. The employee refused to pick up two bags as he stated, he had back issues. I myself loaded the 2 trash bags in the garbage truck. The employee than stated F–k Y-U. I have never witnessed such horrible ā¦

It’s insane that you pay gor a service but have to call several times a month to find out when they are going to show up to fufill the service! They were two weeks late delivering the dumpster and over a month late picking it up. I had to reschedule contractors because they could not access the property because c and c would not remove the dumpster as scheduled. Will not use them again. They cost me way more in contractor fees than the dumpster service was worth.
If you want sub par service get C&C disposal. Always late, and they never empty the bins all the way, heaven forbid the drivers have to get out of their truck. The driver just now left a huge pile of trash in front of my house I had to go ā¦

Its bad business for everyone there so unprofessional and rude an always picking trash at the latest convenience for them. Always new trash guys each time never keep the same people. So I don’t recommend this trash company unless you wanna pay there increase of trash service per month.
Like the other reviews, I believe this company could be ran better. From the phone situation (if the lines busy or full it redirects to the other C&C and they leave you on hold until youāre forgotten) to the lack of letting you know when/why they didnāt come get your trash.

I had services with this company for three years. Roll off and a port a let services. Roll off swap out took almost two weeks to swap. The port a let was a weekly clean to be billed monthly. It may have been cleaned twice a month with a ā¦
