Rented an apartment from Cadmus Properties in Salt Lake for 4 years. Very Professional, Courteous and Highly Recommended.
The absolutely worse management company…. they hire their family for fixes and charge 500% mark up. They often don’t return calls, most are liars and use trickery. Stay away from them or make sure you read every fine print.
The company doesn’t carry itself like a professional outfit. The Paet family seems to care more about helping out their own friends that they hire for upkeep and maintenance than their clients. I wish I never worked with them.
I explain to them about my bill to pay they transfer me to another line and it goes straight to voicemail and its been 2 weeks and they still haven’t returned my call. Terrible
Cadmus is currently my renting agent,has been for about 3 years now. Solid company, they have a virtual portal to make payment easy and convenient. Any time maintanace or repairs are needed, they respond fairly quick.
