I come here every so often to make cash deposits. The black lady teller with the braids is ALWAYS rude, and she acts like she hates being there. She doesn’t have have to act like a saint but can someone please tell her to leave her bad attitude at home.

Every time I come here the staff greet me by name. I am happy that they strive to remember all of their regular customers. I never get charged for the services that I need when I am there. By all means keep away from this credit union bank. Customer service is horrible, bank policies is ridiculous, online website is horrendous, take your money elsewhere. I just paid off my auto loan through Bear and will never look back. You have been warn!!
