  5. Very difficult to schedule with. Couldn’t estimate when Pathology report would be returned, couldn’t be bothered to track down an overdue pathology report or even provide correct contact info for the lab that ran The report. Look for and imaging practice that has an in-house lab.

  6. This visit deserves zero stars but in order for me to enter a comment I needed to give it a star. The place is a joke. The waiting time is ridiculous. The Asian looking girl who works the front reception area her name starts with a J, Jenny /Jane is is rude and condensending in her tone. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

  9. This place is very busy. All of the staff I encountered were very personable. I will give credit to the office manager. There was a smooth flow of care. It is clean and modern, all staff took ownership of directing us.

  10. I had a two-hour MRI of the brain, head, neck. I was taken right in with just a few minutes wait after I filled out need paperwork. Changed into a gown & quickly taken back for the IV and the MRI. The techs were great–they listened to my questions and gave feedback and info.
