Fast , efficient and accurate in diagnoses and treatment. If you are looking for the sweetest, friendliest staff to hold your hand and visit with you, look somewhere else. But if you want to cut the time spent onsite and get better faster this is the place.
They are thorough and do a good job. But they never disclosed that they REQUIRE an appointment to be read the results, which I have never encountered in my 10+ MRI’s elsewhere.

Dr Austin was very comforting and completely honest with me during my consult. After getting the run around from another doctor, I chose to transfer my care here. I’ve been a patient since 2019, and the wait times are ridiculous. They overbook. No matter what time you go, you will be there for over an hour. If you’re in pain and need immediate care, your best chances are urgent care.
The waiting times are outrageous. Been sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours, even though I was on time for my appointment. I saw another patient for the same doctor get called, even though they arrived later than I. Pretty sure they just forgot about me but staff didn’t want to admit it. As other people said, they overlook you.
