Called a few weeks ago about our internet. They said they would right up a ticket and send some one out and we are still waiting. Called this morning and they took my number and said someone would call. Guess what we are still waiting. Smh.

The internet service is poor. Customer service is terrible. I pay $200 a month and I am not satisfied at all. After hours, you get an answering service that doesnt communicate with the office. Technical support is non-existent. The Federal Trade Commission should look into this company. Save your money, it’s a ripoff. Change my mind.
The only reason it gets 1 star is because they do have good service when the internet goes out. However, at 65 dollars for “up to” 3mbps download and .25 upload speed is an outrageous price for such slow broadband speed. They want over …
