  6. If I could rate this 0 stars and write a review I would. Bad customer service, technicians don’t know their job. The service is over-priced. Nothing but a monopoly. They also take advantage of customers, especially elders with hidden fees and cost. They can’t even explain some of the cost on the bills themselves.

  11. Our service has gone in and out for months. I’ve spent, literally, hours on the phone to get problems resolved. They finally gave me a credit for periods of time I was out of internet, yet it doesn’t make up for the trouble I’ve been through with them. Unfortunately the alternative company, Vyve, is worse.
