The rudest staff I’ve ever met, and literally for no reason. These ladies are miserable. Just call in your payment and save yourself the hassle of dealing with them.
I love stopping by to make payments because of the great customer service. For utilities, these people are great to work with, compared to other utility companies.

Every time I have gone inside for any reason the staff has been rude for no reason at all.
Definitely not helpful. Prepare to take a day off work to start or stop service.
