Great customer service, but business model needs upgrade, website still charge people for using credit card, no autopay available, water cutoff/reconnection fee apply after 10 days if you forget to pay the bill, even it is within same month. they suppose to send out mail to notify customer, but I never saw the mail.
Thieves. Refused to turn account off after months of not living at residence.
