We had a burial account set up for my mother and Unfortunately our representative was Kimberly who is one of the rudest, most unprofessional, dismissive people I’ve ever encountered. I can’t believe a community bank would let someone like her be the face of their business! The way she treated my family and I in this matter is shameful.
