The employees are really professional and nice
They don’t answer the phone at all they can just. Be watching it . I don’t understand it . They don’t never answer the phone sitting at a desk .

CMU needs an updated billing system. You should not have to go in person to talk with someone about your service because they refuse to answer the phone. Time to bring this service into the 21st century.

I moved out of canton in November and have been trying to get my service out of my name for a month and nobody will answer the phone. I have called at least 8 times and left 5 voicemails and nobody will answer or call me back. One of the times my call was even declined before going to voicemail. Pitiful costumer service
