  8. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you want to take a loan out for a car, home, or HELOC. Their rates are not the best. Even for members with outstanding payment and long histories with PCSU. They are trying to expand their base and that marketing cost is passed on to the consumer, hello CSU stadium.
