Do not have your baby here! I had the worst experience of my life here and the midwife was so rude and incredibly inhumane even with my newborn daughter. I have major PTSD from giving birth here and their prenatal care was just as bad. Go to Plymouth if you are from the Cape, I’ve always had a great experience there.

A bullying atmosphere, a very toxic workplace ..with poor / ineffective managers- many of the workers are physically and verbally assaulted and now disabled, unable to work.

Same old crappie place, lousy service, hours of waiting, the stories I could tell about this place over the years. Boston is worth the trip

Horrible experience. Was referred to CC Hospital for a tonsillectomy. Don’t recommend getting the procedure done here.
Wonderful surgeons and nurses… Mugar 5 staff was so wonderful and caring towards my mother.
There are some great staff there, but the coordination of services, inconsistent internal communication, and outpatient care leaves A LOT to be desired.
Dr Cornwall in ER was arrogant, rude and unhelpful to me I was recently diagnosed with PARKINSON’S disease, he told me he could do nothing to help me, he stated to me PARKINSON’S patients don’t have pain good luck to anyone seeing this guy.

Very nice hospital. Clean, well staffed with great people and doctors. Took continual and very good care of my mother. One draw back, they lost all her clothes and have not been helpful in resolving this issue. Too bad they displayed this lack of concern. Left a very bad taste with us.

I’ve had 2 emergencies, in the evening and in the middle of the night on two separate occasions. This is a clean and well run hospital from my experiences.
