Capital Allergy & Respiratory Disease Center Reviews ( 15 )

  1. I am actually shocked that I never did a review for this place. -Everyone- here are professional, kind and -honest-. I appreciate such great service both over the phone and in person. Thank you guys!

  2. They have been caring for my grandson for 15yrs.. Who has some pulmonary issues,
Dr Chipps, Hannah and Dr Maharaj have been great with him. Can’t forget about there wonderful staff thank you all from the bottom of my ❤…

  3. Rude costumer service and rude patient coordinator they have my referral for almost three months but never scheduled an appointment. They never answer the phone but when they call they immediately hang up on you so disappointing.

  4. This clinic never returns calls. It’s incredibly difficult to get doctor letters or proof of a diagnosis. They’re interested only in collecting payment but not the well-being of patients. I would not recommend and not going back.

  5. As my family starts to grapple with changing ability I have become increasingly aware of how few medical facilities have automatic ADA doors. Unfortunately this facility does not. These are not difficult or expensive accomodations. I am disappointed.

  6. I understand there is a pandemic, it is also Sacramento in a summer with 100 plus degree temperatures in May. The doctors decided to make every patient wait extended periods of time in their parking lot, no shade, no misters, no water. All …

  7. I’ve been a patient for years the staff is kind and professional. The allergist are great as well, but if you are going in for shots expect a wait. It takes about 10 minutes for them to prep your shot. The wait is even longer if there is already other patients so bring a book or something to pass the time.

  8. The reception was nice and helpful but the doctor was not at all and had treated me as if he had to deal with me. He prescribed me tests and the way he charged them to quest was indicating that they’re unnecessary so I was charged the amount instead of the insurance covering them. Wouldn’t recommend.

  9. Took OVER AN HOUR for the doctor to come into my room for a “required check up”. There was one other person in the lobby waiting to be called in. Why am I scheduling my appointment and coming in at 9:00 to be seen at 10:00. GET. IT. …

  10. I have been trying to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter since May. I work 8-5 which are the same phone hours as their new patient coordinator Luz. I continue to play phone tag and they call me back during work hours. The …

  11. Dr. Chipps seems like a knowledgeable doctor although he’s a bit rude and in a hurry on consults but still manages to order tests for me. My beef is that he called me physiological despite having a positive test for my condition. He …

  12. We have been going here for the past 12 years, we always see Christine Anderson. My sons have different issues, one has bad seasonal allergies and asthma. Since we’ve been going to Christy religiously, he has gone to almost no symptoms. …
