because i had to go there to hopefully resolve an issue that for the last 3 months i have been trying ttyl solve over the phone, only yup get different answers from different employees
They did not pay my bills and they did not send them too me until almost a year later. I had coverage and now they refuse to pay my bills when I was covered through them at the time.
Horrible customer service. My husband is being ignored by his rep. The company has fudged up MY coverage, but the geniuses working there can get it fixed. This has been an ongoing issue since May!! Get with it
They failed to honor legitimate insurance claims, and months and months after I went fo medical visits send out notices that they determined i had other insurance (which I did not) I faithfully paid all my premiums and capital bluecross failed to provide the services I paid for
The worst insurance company to work with. They make it impossible to pay the premium on line or by their phone system. I think they really want people to get frustrated and drop them. God forbid we actually need this insurance. Can only imagine what filing a claim will take to get processed.

Absolutely the worst insurance if you have a disability. They do not return phone calls and it doesn’t matter if you are a doctors office or not. Between myself and my doctors office we have called them over a dozen times in the past two weeks yet they never call back.
I am giving 5 stars because the customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful. Tiajinae F. and Gorge P. (or maybe it’s George) were clear, informative, and patient. I really appreciated that.

Terrible customer service and couldnt understand her at all, let alone her talking over me when trying to ask questions about pre authorization.
