I have been going here for years and have never been kept waiting. The staff is so nice they put you right at ease. I always make my appointments for morning (8 am or earlier) so maybe as the day goes on people have to wait longer. But I highly recommend Capital Imaging. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Just visited for my very 1st mammogram. The 5 star rating started with the receptionist and continued from there. Aesthetically it’s very warm and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and the procedure was very quick. I’m happy that I was referred there.
Not sure what Renee is talking about, but we have had nothing but good ecperiences there. We have used Capital Imaging 6 or 7 times. My wife needed a mammogram and related tests. She is a physician herself and says this is the only place she will go. The staff are all superb; on par with the Mayo Clinic where we had been patients. Tina the office manager is a Saint, totally empathic to patients and husbands who are very anxious and concerned. 5 stars…the best.
I go for scans every four months. The staff are friendly and competent and this makes the experience very pleasant. I just listen to New Age music thru the earphones they provide and bliss out inside the MRI. The technicians have very calming attitudes. Highly recommend Capital Imaging.

I had a good experience here. First time getting this type of imaging done but the technician explained what she was doing step by step. All staff were friendly and polite and knowledgeable. They saw me quickly even with having to move from room to room. I was out of there less than 45 min.
