They worked hard to get my hospital bed together and ready for me to sleep on. Brought oxygen machine and tanks after I was released from hospital. Very nice people. Thank you

Have had a wonderful experience thus far with the staff they have worked hard to make sure that i have everything i needed or any problems i run into have been fixed or i have been showed what i was doing wrong. friendly people and very helpful you couldnt ask for more in your time of need
We rented a wheelchair for my husband when he was injured. The agents were very helpful, we picked it up the same day we called. They also had other equipment we needed in the store. We highly recommend their services.
Very rude personnel, especially Chrissie. They charged an extra $40 to have brakes on seated rolling Walker. I’ve checked and could find no walkers of this type without brakes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your medical supplies.

Ugh. Not a professional business. Was treated poorly, which happens. They had no remorse or help (even the owner). Finally got what I paid for except it was not charged and delivered way later. Ruined my day and weekend.

If I could give a minus 10 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Unreasonable in every way possible. Avoid at all cost. Charged me for 2 months scooter rental, but DEMANDED the scooter back after one month! Then sent me to collections! I am a reasonable person, they are not.
