Service was prompt and efficient and medical terms were explained to me, anytime I had a question they answered the questions in terminology that I could understand. The nurses checked in consistently, the room was cleaned consistently, even the staff that came with the food were very polite and friendly.
The doctors and practitioners are great however the nurses leave a lot to be desired. They forgot about me for hours and then left me in the exam room to take my own IV out in addition to having to ask them for my discharge paperwork.
For the most part it was great but I had a nurse lie to me about the vein finding machine saying that Capital didn’t have one, and that I had to just pray that the nurse could get the IV in. I found out that they do have one and it’s issued to the fifth floor. The doctors however were amazing. The other nurses I had were also great.

Great care from start to finish on my outpatient knee surgery with Dr. Zirgibel. This includes the care nurse, anesthesiologist, and surgeon.
Hospital beds needed replacing. Huge indentations. The IV machines made noise. This combination of these things made it impossible to sleep and/or rest. I’m sure because of the nursing shortage, it took awhile to get needed services. Some didn’t have the greatest nurse/patient bedside manner.

Service was prompt and efficient and medical terms were explained to me, anytime I had a question they answered the questions in terminology that I could understand. The nurses checked in consistently, the room was cleaned consistently, even the staff that came with the food were very polite and friendly.
The doctors and practitioners are great however the nurses leave a lot to be desired. They forgot about me for hours and then left me in the exam room to take my own IV out in addition to having to ask them for my discharge paperwork.
For the most part it was great but I had a nurse lie to me about the vein finding machine saying that Capital didn’t have one, and that I had to just pray that the nurse could get the IV in. I found out that they do have one and it’s issued to the fifth floor. The doctors however were amazing. The other nurses I had were also great.
I was there for day surgery. Registration was quick. All staff were helpful with answering any questions. Dr. Kirk was very informative about the process. Anesthesiologist and team answered all questions. All staff were very professional and personable. Actual time spent in the hospital was short. Thank you.

I had to wait in the ER for 18 hours before they got me a room upstairs. The nurses never came in my room unless I hit the call button. Once I got upstairs it was so different, my nurses were amazing and always checked on me. Miranda in dietary was the sweetest person.
