I have enjoyed working in the Brookview Meadows, Green Bay, WI location! We have a friendly working environment and beautiful building!
My mom stayed in the facility located in las colinas Tx. My mom moved out in July and we still haven’t received a bill and they deducted 1000 out of her account. We have left messages at the building and corporate with no answer. Would not recommend this place

Don’t try to talk to office personnel. They do not forward calls to the manager or anyone else in the office. Leave your name and number and they will call you……maybe. This has been an issue the entire time my mother was at the Waterford. Very POOR support for the family or residents.
