Just spent twenty minutes stuck behind a Capitol Waste Devices Truck watching them throw the recycling in the same truck as the trash whole leaving the street littered with garbage they dropped
I’m in Boston off of Huntington . Capitol Waste Services has been skipping my recycling pick up.
Leaves a trail if barrels in th road on their side, upsidedown, buckets thrown blocking sidewalks and whatever trash doesn’t make it into truck, stays on the ground.
I would give zero stars if possible. These guys have no respect for anybody. They completely blocked a one way street in boston and refused to get out of the way for cars to pass. They just laughed when people started to complain.
