Excellent dr
Amazing
Professional… friendly… caring… knowledgeable. What else could one want?
Overcrowded with patients, long wait times, indifferent cattle car operation.
Poor follow through. Embarrassing excuse
For this profession.
Went in nervous and scared, came out feeling calm.
Everyone in the office was very nice, dr listen to me , I asked questions and he answered them. Very friendly staff.
Saw dr Martinez during this pregnancy and I won’t get into detail but due to his dismissal and writing me off on how I was feeling I’m now in the emergency room for the same thing I was telling him! AVOID HIM AT ALL COST
This is by far the worst doctors Appointment I have been to in my life, the wait time is ridiculous, I waited over a hour just to see the doctor from my scheduled appointments, when I asked questions the nurses just said wait. How can you run a doctors office this way.
This has to be one of the worst managed offices I have been to. A week after open heart surgery we are required to have blood levels measured due to thinners. Their hours are from 9-12:30 and 2-4pm mwf. We are there early and their person …
The best doctor but sometimes you have to wait more than 2 hours to see him
Love my doctor. Hate the nurse/office staff. Dr.Pappas’s nurse makes critical decisions regarding surgery clearances contrary to what the doctor says. Two of my other surgeries postponed by the nurse even though i had clearances given by …
Dr. Coutin very friendly outgoing very concerned about best care for you.
Highly recommend
I’m very pleased with both doctors I see and the staff, but not so much with the wait time. The wait is either in the lobby or in the examination room or both, but that’s my only complaint. They are very busy, and not wasting time. It makes it understandable and somewhat more tolerable.
Would’ve given more of a star review. Only reason is there is this rude lady named Mickey who thinks she owns the entire building. Works as an office accountant asking you what’s wrong. When she has no Dr. credibility or nursing experience …
I must say Excellent Patient Care
, Exceptional Respect for not only the patient but also family! My family and I moved here almost 4 years ago, from Virginia, we’ve never had any problems …
Been a pt for a long while but just recently treated horribly and disrespectfully by their NP Roger. Requested to speak with their manager WHO NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME OR SPEAK TO ME. Found a better, caring and compassionate office very quickly.
If I could give a 0 I would. My mother was treated horribly by Dr. Martinez she was even laughed at for correcting him making her feel like she knew nothing of cardiology. When she knows what she does because I am currently taking EKG …
Had pacemaker put in after ER visit by doctor Rodriguez. Pacemaker is working perfectly but his office never called me back for follow up and they cancelled the only appointment they ever scheduled for me. Six months later I’m back in the ER.
I went for appt with Dr Martinnez at his Rockport location.
3 of us sat in waiting room for 1.5+ hrs waiting to be seen. We could hear the doc and staff talking and laughing but none came to tell us why we were sitting …
We all understand covid protocols but the unnecessary nastiness of the c*nt nugget at the front desk is ridiculous …learn some customer service skills……
My dad is the patient. Nice group of ppl here. His doctor is very honest and always friendly. Does a good job of taking care of my dad. Thank you Dr Coutin.
I would give zero stars if I were allowed to do so. Communication with their heart patients is horrible. Nurses always tell you they will call you “tomorrow,” but they NEVER do. I have been left to fend for myself numerous times. I have …
Their physicians managed to mess up my husband’s care in just a couple months then caused his death. The hospital they affiliate with Drs Regional is equally incompetent. Together they ended my husband’s life very quickly.
Because they had a clerical error that could not be immediately verified, they tuned away a patient that was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and unknowingly suffered a heart attack a week prior. However rather then treat someone …
For the last 2 weeks my staff and I have reached out to Joyce, Jennifer Myers and Rose to obtain a Verification of Employment. My staff and I were continuously sent to voicemail and none of our voicemails were ever returned. Because of …
As many before me have stated, if I could leave 0 stars, I would. The lack of professionalism and wait time is outrageous. My first visit from start to finish lasted 3 hours and I left in tears. I have had a pacemaker for 10 years and I was …
I called ahead to let them know I was running late for an appointment (the very last one of the day), got there and got told they wouldn’t see me because “other patients were waiting” I reminded them that I called ahead to let them know to …
Avoid this place like the plague. After testing on 7-11 my appt for results was scheduled for 7-22. On Thurs 7-14 I received a call at 9:30 am. I was to see the NP (Roger) at 2:45 that same day. During that time, the NP talked with …
Hello, I do understand Covid 19 protocols and all but the unprofessionalism of Dr. McKinstry is too much. My 86 yr old, hearing impaired father had an appt. We arrived 15 minutes early, with questions printed up , all IDs in hand and meds. …
I had a nuclear stress test. I have an anxiety disorder and was afraid of the procedure. The whole experience was seamless, professional and on time. I want to thank, Lora, Dawn and Mariam in the nuclear department for making this so …
