My husband had an appointment for 845am. When we arrived, he was told that his appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled because the NP wasn’t in. NO ONE bothered to call us. I took time off of work [without pay] to accompany him to the office. We may have to change doctors!!
The service was great, the stress test was well managed. We had surgery scheduled the next day, and needed to send the results stat. They sent the results via the “electronic system that gets a lot of failed sends.” They are sending faxes …
