THE WORST!!!!!
The dispatcher does not know if the company has a contract or not. They said they will pick up the patient at the hospital but did not pick up because patient is bed bound. What?? Isn’t that the reason I requested the transportation????? the worst service.
Shady and unprofessional administration personnel. And if the reckless, unprofessional and sometimes dangerous driving of the EMTs in the rigs (few incidents caught on dash cam) is an indication of how the EMTs are…. I’d rather wait for a mobile veterinarian unit.
Sent me a bill for my [now] dead friend’s ambulance service, billing department is awful to deal with, and from these other reviews I suppose I can expect debt collectors to come after this dead man’s money. Looking forward.

They transferred my love one from the hospital to a assistant living and treated her like a queen. They even went out of their way to make a difficult situation very easy and relaxing in a pandemic. I wish they could take my love one to all her doctors appointment. Thank you ❤️
The best EMTs in the biz! Billing issues can be corrected with cooperation from the company and the patients. I’ve heard often times certain insurance carriers don’t cover ambulance rides or non emergent ambulance rides to be more specific. Makes you think.
I was having pulmonary problems and taken to ER. The first thing the emt does is yell at me for not locking my small dog up. No bill and sent to collections agency that offered a discount to pay out of pocket.
