Horrible place, I keep getting collection calls and have never been to their facilities for anything. I asked multiple time for them to stop calling since I was never a patient but they continue to call and harass me.
If I could give this company a zero I would. Customer service phone line takes you through the same loop no matter what option you choose yet, at no point in 2 hours has a real person actually picked up the phone.
You sent me a bill that i paid, then 10 months sent me a letter that you sent me to collections for the portion that insurance was supposed to cover (10$ might i add). You never called, emailed our reached out to me settle this dispute. I am extremely disappointed with how you have handled this issue.
Absolutely horrific customer service. Incredibly long wait times to speak with a representative. When you can finally get someone on the phone they can’t take care of the issues at hand. Will never do any type of business through this company again.

Worst job I’ve held in my life. I do not understand the purpose of this company besides causing unnecessary cost and red tape, and I could not work at such an actively destructive company.
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Three weeks they can’t tell me where my order is. Finally tell them to cancel it. They keep billing me despite both writing and calling. Reporting them next.
