Sara, FNP, thorough and pleasant, phlebotomist quick and efficient, front desk receptionist on the other hand needs a major attitude adjustment, I did not appreciate the eye roll when I asked a question she couldn’t answer, the office manager made up for the receptionist’s disgust

Dr Andrews was great but the office lost all the points with Dr Whitten. No good patient interaction, mediocre skills, at best.
I went to this clinic for the first time and saw Christine Henry, she was amazing, she took her time, answered all my questions and went out of her way to ensure I felt completely confident with what we talked about, thank you !
This place was great when Lolli was there, but now, not so much. Apparently it doesn’t matter to them when you run out of your prescriptions and try to get them refilled. I’ve left MULTIPLE messages on NUMEROUS occasions and I’ve never once gotten a call back from my doctor. Dealing with them is both STRESSFUL and UNRELIABLE.
I have never been more appauld by a staff and/or it’s doctor’s. They way they spoke to me was so belittling and absolutely uncalled for. Parents, I urge you to ensure you are on the same page with what ever doctor’s you bring your teenagers to or they could easily under mind your parenting and family values.

Dr Andrews has been my PCP for a long time. Always get the best care and attention from the entire staff at CFF. They always have the best PAs when the doc isn’t available.
The doctors take good care of me and make me feel welcome every time I get sick and need to visit. They’re fast, easy to setup and appointment with and there’s no hidden BS.

I highly recommend going to Caring For Families. The doctors here will give amazing care and put forth the time necessary to ensure your needs are met. I would not take my family to any other office. Even though they may be busy at times, it is worth the wait! They are busy for a reason.

Dr’s are really nice, professional. However, you need to triple/quadruple check your check-in times. Had an appointment scheduled, wrote the time down in my planner/calendar, only to be told I was 20mins late upon arriving. Pretty frustrating. So beware of that!
