I called on Tuesday, as told to if my symptoms didn’t go away, and left a message with my name, number, and birth date. I waited 5 hours and called back to be told rudely, “We are very busy! We will call you when we get to you!” It is now Saturday and no call back. Looks like I will now be going elsewhere.

Would get better care at a veterinary clinic. They are all about trying to get more visits than treat you when you go the first time it’s all about how much they can get from you and your insurance company. Please go to Litchfield Hospital it is the best hospital in the area.
