My interactions with the employees was stellar. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I cannot speak for the service they provide, however I’m pretty sure outages aren’t intentional to make you mad, they live here too, do you think they also like not having power. They try to fix it quickly.
Poor service, Rude employees, Knowledge very limited, my bill can go from $150 one month and doubly to $300 with no changes in my household or living conditions. They charge you whatever they feel like for each month

My experience is noone to contact about a paper outage after hours. Come on people. It’s 2020. Get caught up. You don’t even have a website.
This power company cannot keep the power on for responsible paying customers.
