  5. Worst service EVER!!!! You better never hope you don’t go out over the weekend, they have absolutely NO ONE working that will fix your problem. You are better off obtaining another provider for your needs.

  6. It’s the only option in the area which means they don’t really have to care. The Internet and cable service are not the best and customer service is about the same. They are not very good about returning your call since they don’t really want to hear about the bad service.

  7. Their costumer service is friendly and efficient. You don’t get lost in the shuffle. Our internet connection was great after switching to their service.

I have patients that rely on me putting orders in via the internet and when I call to see why the internet is down I can not give me a number to call other than the local office which their number isn’t working either! Imagine that! If this costs my patients their lives, I will definitely let the families know who is responsible!

  13. Internet service is great. Prices are fair. If they have lines in your area, you can’t beat the price or internet. Helpful staff. Only down side is, if you need help on the weekend that the tech line can’t fix, you have to wait till Monday for help.
