  1. Speed getting us back great the care sucked. Husband went in with something stuck in throat I can hear doctors and nurses talking about his case laughing while my husband is in here suffering

  2. Poor service. They’re only concern is rushing out of there. They’re not concerned with resolving your issue. Something needs to be done about this place.

  3. This place is horrible worste hospital I have ever been to been here for 4 hrs with no meds or any scans and still in pain as I make this go somewhere else its the worst

  4. Long wait, under staffed, if you come here don’t be dying, you will die in the waiting area.you think since MUSC bought them it would be better, if anything it’s worst.

  5. Super thankful for having a hospital close by in the event of an emergency but giving this a 1 Star is more than they deserve considering the poor service the ER provided! Really disappointing!!!!

  6. Took my son to the hospital last night and they so called checked for flu and all took him to his doctor today and come to find out he had the flu, punk eye in both eyes and left ear infection never taking him to that non hospital again

  7. Services are pretty god but desk staff on the 25 of November who asked questions when you first walked in was pure hateful and wrong for the way she treated the people in front of me they didnt deserve to be treated like that and then got a attitude with me for no reason

  9. I’m an accident pro so I have been in quite a few hospitals and this hospital is amazing they are funny and so caring they are NOT rude they were very helpful and kind.

  10. This hospital sucks. I was there for 2 hours before I walked out. Everyone who came in after me was taken back and seen. I guess in order to be seen you have to wait till your pain gets so bad you can’t take it anymore and call 911.

  11. Was told to be at the hospital 30 minutes before my ultrasound appt. Still waiting over a hour later! Too bad we can’t charge the hospital for our time

  15. Wonderful experience with outpatient surgery from the check in , nurses, nurse anaesthetist, OR, and recovery. Not to mention how excellent the provider was. I highly recommend Carolina Pines.

  16. I had to take my 6 yr old yesterday after he was pushed off the monkey bars. There Wasnt a long wait maybe 20 mins and the doc was very good he interacted with my son on his level so he didnt get scared , he had a conversation with my son while he checked him out and avoid scary words like stitches.

  17. What are single parents suppose to do with their kids if they have to go to the hospital. No one under 16 is allowed in, not even to use the restroom if you are under that age. I understand the pandemic but seriously!!?

  18. My daughter went in with chest pains and numbness in left hand and fingers and was told BEFORE any test was administrated she was fine.. Nurses was rude and very unprofessional. WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

  19. The locals don’t call this place Pine Box for nothing. If you enjoy a hospital that staffs incompetent medical providers and has a complete disregard for patient outcomes, this is the place for you. They were recently bought out by a new …

  20. My sister went to this hospital for chest pains and numbness in her left arm and they told her they would run tests but would be a waste of money, being extremely unprofessional!!! Every nurse she seen was extremely rude to her, those patients deserve so much better care!! Horrible people and horrible visit.

  21. Lousy care, have to beg for help!
Nurses standing in hall talking while my mom kept calling that she needed assistance. Took over 1 hour before someone finally came and acted mad that they were bothered. Needs to be closed! She needed ekg and tech kept asking why.

  22. CPRMC is not my favorite and have had a few if not more dissatisfied experiences. Of course you’re never going to have a great time at hospital but it’s also not the place but staff and the way you are treated and taken care of. Last time there was with my child and was highly upset by rudeness and uncaring way dr. Was towards us.

  23. Every doctor I encountered was very rude. I went in for chest pains and my left arm was numb. They told me they would run tests, but it was going to be a waste of my time and money and sent me home. They diagnosed me with anxiety. People in this town deserve a much better care facility.

  24. There are bad apples in every bunch. For the most part they have been great. Outpatient services, the wound center with Dr Banister and hassler have all treated me great 1 year ago I wouldn’t have given such a rating but I think they are improving. The only part I have ever had a issue with was the E.R but they have also improved.

  31. I went in for stitches on 5-2-2021. I cut my arm and they put 5 stitches in it. Bill came today for hospital.
$1003. The dr bill came and was $1015 Absolutely a ripoff. 5 stitches cost me over $2000. Place is beyond overpriced.

  45. It’s understandable that we can’t sit in the emergency room dure to covid, but at least they can have security to drive thru every now and then to make sure no one is lurking around in the dark . I been told by two people that the security ride thru been here two hour haven’t seen one yet.
