  1. I dont know about all these other reviews but i have been a member for 2 years now and have never had an issue. The only time i needed help was accessing online app and called and they helped me.

  3. My debit card was closed according to Carpenters Federal Credit Union by the Fraud Dept. The Fraud Dept says it was Credit Unions problem. So now I can’t access my own money, it will take 7-10 business day for them to issue new cards. I don’t even want to give the 1 star to them, they just don’t care

  4. Froze my account without a verbal notice on a different account than the account that had the problem. The problem had occurred because they didn’t do their job.

  5. Literally the only reason they’re in business is the union, otherwise they would have been shut down a long time ago due to lack of customers. People bank here because that’s the only way to get your “vacation fund” in the Union. Otherwise, no one in their right mind would do business with them.

  6. I worked with Wendy on financing my first car purchase! Although an intimidating task for the first time, she made all communication quick and easy! I cannot recommend her enough. It was a truly easy experience!

  7. I was not satisfied with how paying off my loan was handled. Wendy and CEO Kim were unable to manually calculate a payoff and stop payment on automatic withdrawal with plenty of notice to stop the payment. Will not do another car loan through them and especially with automatic withdrawal from my account.

  10. I am a very honest and humble person, but I have to say this credit union has terrible communication all around. I will never get a loan or do business with them again. I highly recommend everybody stays away from this place of business.

  12. I have dozens of terrible experiences with this bank. Today was the last time. I will be closing my account. Their customer service is often laughable and it’s strange how classist the staff comes across.
