You always find a person to talk to when you call the office. The office people are more than happy to answer any of your questions and help you out. The workers there are very capable. I have never had a problem with them.
Slow internet speed and inconsistent, servers are always going down causing us to lose internet and cable for a premium price. Technical support doesn’t have access to servers to help fix on the weekend so you’re out of luck until the next business day. The good side is the employees are kind and willing to understand you.
Internet goes out at least once a day. Can never get a hold of someone after hours through the “help number”, just puts me in hold. Cable and internet goes out completely at least once a month and it takes them 2 days or more to fix it.

What do you do if you need service restored on holidays or weekends?
Slow internet, probably due to copper lines and DSL tech, yet at a premium price. They’ve never responded to emails about service.
