I went up to the window to pay my bill and the older lady with blondish hair was so rude,very impolite and short with me ,this is the third time this has happened,just uncalled for!!
This electric company is the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my life and I am 65.
The Huntingdon chamber of commerce should rename this town to Hooterville !
Unfortunately I have found they consistently POST payments made later than they were received in order to charge late fees and are very rude and unresponsive when you attempt to deal with them about this.

Since moving to Carrol County Tennessee we have experienced numerous power outages.Almost daily my service goes out at some point.Then to top it off I can’t get a hold of anybody at their office.The service is equal to that of a third world …
Don’t know why, but, my electricity flicks off at least once every two or three days. Therefore, appliances don’t last long and outdoor lighting do not last long. I don’t know what the problem is, but they need to get a handle on it.
Virtually every one that provides a service has at least one reason for their customers to complain. Carol County electric not excluded. But when bad weather strikes and power outages wreak havoc on the community these folks work tirelessly …
Their deposits for service are outrageous and unreasonable . Having been a good customer with multiple services for 15 years means nothing to this organization. It is truly a tragedy for Carroll County that this organization is allowed to do so much harm to honest hard working businesses and inhibit future economic growth.

Any time that something has caused a power outage, they usually have it back on in under an hour (usually <30 min).
I can’t remember who I talked to first, who was very polite and accommodating.
