Worst after hours customer service ever. Called 40 times to get through then was hung up on disgusting.
125.00 deposit that draws interest for the water authority for as long as you have an account with them. Just think about the profit that they are making.

They shut off your water to work on the lines and give you no warning what so ever. Also when you ask them for an approximate time that they will be done they have no answer. Worst customer service from a water supplier I have ever experienced.
No deposit needed for my account, which they had up and running as soon as I opened my account due to the digital meter on my apartment. Their water quality is superb and I lived previously in a city where bottled water was needed due to the taste.
