The doctors and nurses here are great. However the other staff that you speak with on the phone and at the front desk are always incredibly rude
The front desk staff is horrible. In this day and age where customer service is of prime importance I wonder where the attitude comes from. If this staff had been there when I first signed on I would have passed on this practice.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. In fact when I couldn’t be seen at an urgent care facility in a timely fashion, they were able to get me in for a same day evening appointment. I’m thankful for their extended hours.

I can’t ever seem to make an appointment with my actual doctor. Also the nurse practitioner Mary Udseth has a selective memory. She told me to take medication another doctor gave me for night time during the day time too. When I ran out early, I called her to do something about it and amazingly she had no recollection of it. Awesome.
