I’ve got to give a shout out to the receptionists, Rachel and her manager. I had to go back up there today for some assistance. The friendliness of this team was exceptional each time I’ve been up there. Which is a rarity these days but so wonderful to encounter and made my day! Thank you Ladies!
This is the worst company anybody could get for their family to take care of them they have worthless nurses they don’t never show up when they’re supposed to show up they come with excuses and then let’s not talk about the Medicare fraud that they have committed I would not let them take care of my family
They fired everyone in Okc hospice in July. Nurses have little to no experience with little training. Its disorganized. They do not care about their employees or patients.
Carter Healthcare was recommended to us by another service who didn’t take dad’s Medicare. They have been outstanding over the last 2 months and my dad’s mental health (depression) has improved as much and his physical heath. After 4 trips to the ER for falling he need both ot and pt. We highly recommend Carter’s.

Another med supply that google has listed as about two miles from me- they don’t have a location in Oklahoma. This is getting old. Fast.
