I was just in this beautiful new office and the folks here are so friendly.
The staff is pretty nice, the facility is really nice and they are always quick to get the job done when you need them.
The Electric Company did a fantastic job of helping me get temporary service set up for a special event. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
When you call here you are greeted by people and not robots. Helpful and friendly service without the hassle of pushing 20 buttons just to talk to someone.

Worst place to be forced to get electric. Half the people working there act like they are better than you. Never consistent on their own policies. Just all around horrible customer service.
After hours power outages should be handled differently! Call the same number, transfer to a voicemail box that is full? That is not Customerservice! Please fix this!! The time to discover this should not be during a power outage!
My electricity has gone out 3 times since I got cold and when I call to let them know I’m out on hold and hung up on. I have two babies in the house and I’m epileptic and can’t drive. I’m so afraid that the power is going to go out and winter will be bad this year.
They charged me a 350 dollar security deposit and then mailed the security deposit to the wrong address. Instead of taking care of the situation, they have given me the run around. I still do not have my check because the person to sign it wasn’t in yet. This place is an absolute joke.
