This has to be the most unreliable Internet I have ever used in my entire life, you are lucky to use it for 10 minutes without it cutting out for 5-10 more minutes during the day. Wouldn’t recommend this to ANYBODY EVER.

Cass Comm has to be the worst internet and cable provider that i have ever used. I pay $40 for internet that goes out almost twice a week. It says 5mb a second but only goes 600kb/s. I have a couple friends that pay $40 for their internet and they get 50mb/s. Do NOT get Cass Comm, you will not get your moneys worth.

We had issues several years ago and it was resolved but now that we moved three streets over, our internet keeps going out and lagging when gaming or streaming movies. The two technicians that came out are lazy. Ive had them come out three times in one month cause the issue isn’t resolved.

Cass communication has been out to fix the internet issues for awhile now and the claim to have promise fast speed internet but they actually have very slow internet speeds are disappointing and customer service is a joke. The speed we should be getting is 25 for upload and actually on a good day is 10.
