One of the worst places you can go to. I highly DON’T recommend them. Horrible customer service (opticien service) very unprofessional. You will waist your money and time with them.
Have been going here for years yet never received a call back when tried to get my contacts filled, when I called back was told my prescription was expired so wasn’t about to use my benefits this year. I will be switching eye doctors.
Great place, got me in for a last minute appointment when I really needed to be seen. Facilities are great and the staff and optometrist are all excellent. Highly recommend
Courtesy in these days we live in is rare, but at Casey’s I found respect and concern from everyone who works there, I tend to talk a lot and ware my feelings on my sleeve, they immediately picked up on it and treated me with total respect!🥰 …
I am writing this review for those considering this place to steer clear of it! I went in last year, and I had to double-check the optometrist of my prescription. Amateur..please avoid this place!
Office staff here is very friendly and helpful. And it is great to support a local business. They have very broad office hours, including Saturdays. If you are looking for the first time or need to switch, definitely give them a try
For two pairs reading glasses, I have made multiple calls and two trips during two months period, still waiting, Dr was nice and helpful, administration is a joke. Still waiting, will update
Disorganized place. Have to call 4x just to get one thing. Glasses RX expires after 1 year for no legitimate reason. They should be good for 2 barring some medical explanation. Switching my care elsewhere.
So I broke my favorite pair of glasses this morning beyond self repair! The place I’ve always used in the past no longer exists. As a previous Brookhaven resident I went to Casseys to see if they could fix the glasses or I’d be buying a …
Two stars for this place being walking distance to my house.
The only place I know of where you spend a few hundred dollars on prescription eyewear and it doesnt include a protective case or eyeglass case. Honestly, I felt a little ripped off.
Casey’s Optical is amazing! Wonderful customer service, clean, friendly, welcoming environment. I’m new to Aston, PA and my children have state insurance.
So I went to the closest optical office near me—it’s by Walmart—before COVID…. …
Doctor is fantastic, very friendly and explains everything. Staff is great. Only complaint I have is the cost of the glasses. I spent over $400 for two pairs and my prescription is very easy, not complicated as they told me some can be. I recommend buying elsewhere.
Avoid this place! I went to this place a couple months ago for my glasses prescription. Everything was paid off when I left. Later I received a bill for contacts examination. I surely did not receive any extra exam for contacts. They …
I have very poor eyesight and the costs of exams, contacts and glasses can be extreme even with health care services. I even opt for additional coverage because the cost can be so high. Cassey’s is the only place I will go for eye care. …
If I could give them a zero I would. I saw the most racist interaction there the other day. The lady behind the counter charged a father and daughter duo behind me for a mask when she clearly did not charge me for one. The interaction was disgusting and I will not be going back there.
Great family eyecare! I’ve been coming to Cassey’s for 10 years now. Whether an eye injury, glasses, or contacts, Cassey’s has you and your family covered. Their staff is excellent in assisting you with frame fit and comfort. Their pricing is fair and their frame selection is exceptional. I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Awfull Customer service. Bad communication. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend to anyone.
Very expensive
Very upset and disgusted with my experience.
Been going here since I was young and still do. They are very personal and food.
Both my husband and I go here. Always friendly and professional.

Very bad customer service, very bad management, they will waist your time and money and throw the blame on you.
Don’t recommend to anyone.
