Second time having to wait. First time 45 min behind this time over an hour and a half wait. Asked why and no one had a reason. Going to look elsewhere next time.
The wait time is ridiculous! Both times I’ve waited over hour to be seen. What’s the use of having an appointment time if you’re not going to keep to it?
Awful place – It is assembly line medicine. None of the doctors even tried to establish a personal connection. I decided to not trust them with my eyes!
This is the most poorly run eye doctor’s office in town. Waited for an hour. Went up to the desk to tell them I was leaving, and they didn’t even know I was there. Unless you have the whole day and night, go someplace else.
I go to see Dr. Villavisencio and only him, for my keratoconus and he is the best in town, I will never go anywhere else. The staff is awesome, they know me, and great me by name as soon as I walk into the office.
Great if You like to feel like another piece in Assembly Line. I went in to see about correcting ptosis, Dr. Lynn was very insincere and scattered- Not qualities i look for in a surgeon.
I am currently sitting in the waiting room for my 4th visit.. Everytime I have come in to the office I have spent over an hour in the waiting room. The care seems decent. The office is clean & etc. I do not appreciate the waiting.
Not cool when you show up thirty minutes early just for them to call you back thirty minutes late meanwhile other people show up after you and get called in within five minutes.

My son saw Dr. Villavicencio for carataconus . He spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood the diagnosis and corneal cross linking procedure. We came from flagstaff and went out of his way to accomadate is having to travel. Very professional and patient. Highly recommend
Staff friendly and helpful. I had some difficulty getting a previous opthamologist to fax report over and the front desk went above and beyond to get it from them. Dr Villavicencio answered our questions and ordered appropriate tests. Clinical assistant was also very nice and helpful! Highly recommend Dr. Villavicencio.

Dr. polanski put my eye back together after a tear in my eye tear duct in 2016. The surgery went well and the end result is that you cant even tell it was torn away. He was compassionate and caring. My eye is perfect still today. However i do get headaches in the eye and rapid movement pain due to the stint that was put in place.

The exam was very thorough and I now have a prescription for glasses that actually have me seeing very well! Staff is very helpful and friendly.
