I got bills for unknown children in my name. They are supposed to help children find care that their insurance covers, from the looks of these bills, maybe catalpa should check if the kids insurance covers catalpa first.
Really really wish there was more options for mental health for children. This place is a joke, communication is horrible, doctors just push pills. And primary cares are trained to referral any mental health issues to this place. Super sad for kids.

The incompetence by their billing is such that they’ll use different codes for the same treatment of the same person every other visit. So 50% of their bills to my insurance provider are rejected.
