I would do negative stars if I could! The man who claims to be the general manager is extremely rude! Should not be in upper level management or management at all for that matter. He refuses to speak to you with respect.
I have had some pretty terrible experiences with the customer service in past. Bur there was an issue that came up and I called in today and talked with, I think, Mary Sue (?) She was professional and wonderful. Shout out to her! Thanks
