Customer service is severely lacking. I’ve had a hard time getting into my account and accessing my money since I’ve opened the account and when I call to get things resolved it’s always an issue. Worse banking experience hands down !

Bank turned my debit card off and cant tell me why. I was told another card would ship overnight, one week later and no card.
Needed a car loan, and the two loan officers who helped me (Wendy and Keisha) were both very helpful and patient to explain everything to me and answer all the questions I had.
Worst customer service at the Northlake location. They could care less about you and that includes management. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
The mortgage department is full of lazy people. Get better workers cdc. So freaking annoying. You are playing with peoples homes!!! It’s a stressful situation.

Save your time and money. They take forever to respond, none of the cards they send works, their system is always down so you can’t deposit or transfer. It’s just always something wrong with them. They always come with excuses and it’s never a resolution.
Have taken out five mortgages over the last 10 years with CDC Federal Credit Union. I used to research other companies, but no longer as CDC FCU provides very competitive rates and excellent customer service. Martin Rucker always does an excellent job!
