  9. I’ve got plenty of experience with electricity providers…in multiple states. The wait time for a simple connect was over 30 minutes. Customer service enjoys gossip rather than work, and are slow to serve customers.

  10. I work for a local door company. Today one of our installers mistakenly hit the electrical box at a customers home, which killed all the power to their house. It is 80+ degrees outside today. It took them less than 20 minutes from the time I called to get someone there and get our customer taken care of. Many thanks to CDE!

  14. CDE internet is great, but TV is not. Sound will go away and then back on. Also channels will freeze up and have to reset box. I have called several times and they can’t find anything wrong with it. I think that they should upgrade the system like they raise price of service.

  16. They have the worst customer service. The internet costs are reasonable and doesn’t increase. The power sometimes is spotty. Lately it has been more reliable. When the wind storm came through, they didn’t come out until the next day.
