If I could rate this a zero I would! DO NOT ever bring your child here! They are holding my child against their will and there is nothing I as a parent i can do about it. They are rude and deny children the right to do things when they are …
They’re kind of shady especially not telling you that if you switch up your meds that it’s another mandatory 72 hours you will have to stay in their care. Also their billing dept isn’t the most familiar with VA and you’ll get bills that should’ve been taken care of by the VA. The food was better than the Battle Creek VA though.
Absolutely awful communication. I was told they will contact me prior to adding medication. I was called once for 1 medication. My son told me he was taking 8 pills a day while there.
this place is amazing! They help you so much, they listen to you when you need someone to talk to. I went there for a week and a half and it was the best choice I’ve ever made! Highly recommend this place!
Great care for a family member.
I highly recommend this place as the next step for mental health diagnosis and management. Staff was always nice and answered questions thoroughly.
Inpatient. staff very courteous Doctor very knowledgeable and understanding as well as dedicated. will be recommending this facility all over Michigan and elsewhere

Great facility. They have very kind and caring nurses and, doctor Melvin is great and he listens to his patients. I would definitely reccomend to a friend if they needed.
Had a good experience here with a family member. Mental health is a challenge and Cedar Creek did a wonderful job. The staff was friendly, helpful, and throughout. Thank you!

While I was here December of 2018.. staff was very nice. They were very considerate of everyone and always made sure you felt safe and comfortable with what you were doing that day. Plus, delicious food.
Ken and Alisabeth made my stay there amazing and Alisabeth always was willing to help me she was amazing and the food was absolutely outstanding. However, the nurse Molly was always rude to me
I stayed a week here for self harming and everyone there was so sweet and caring! i loved the group therapy too. the nurses were awesome and payed attention to us and helped us when needed
I was admitted in May of this year, my first time in one of these hospitals and it was alright. The staff was nice apart from a few nurses, everyone was friendly.

This place gives “Get Out” vibes. My daughter had to go here and the staff is very sketchy. Not advised to get treated here if you’re POC
