CRB&T Has been wonderful to work with regarding our PPP1 and PPP2. They have been extremely helpful, responsive and communicative. I would recommend them to anyone.
They put a hold on your debit card when you make a large purchase so you can’t use it again until you talk to them only during business hours. So if you make a $900 payment on Saturday afternoon you can’t use your card again till Monday morning. All calls not during business hours only give you the option to leave a message.
The staff is very friendly, however their online banking is spotty. Sometimes transfers work, other times they do not. Make sure you have money in the “right” accounts before going on a trip because there is no 24/7 service.

I have had this bank for 4 years now, and I love it. They are friendly, fast and efficient. I had a car loan through them and they did a great job and were very flexible. They also offer great cookies in-house and now have a great mobile banking and mobile check deposit system! Love them!
