I wasn’t impressed with the representative, Kassi Raymond, that we worked with from Centennial Lending. She was pleasant to work with, but wasn’t very knowledgeable or efficient.
We just had a delayed closing even though it was a 2 month closing timeframe due to the fact that the processor sat on getting the disclosure on time. I’d understand if it was a rushed closing but it wasn’t.
What a great hands on lender. The refinance process was a bit tricky for us but professional communications made it all come together. Could not say enough positive things about Erica and Centennial Lending. A+
