Worst insurance company I’ve dealt with in over 25 years of paying for auto insurance.. president of company laughed at my complaint and acted very immature and did not know what was going on with anything very disappointing when I payed 1200 a year for their piss poor services…

No customer service no response had to call insurance commissioner 3 times to get to do anything… 1 yr later turned in bills no response left voicemail s…. crooked deal they don’t adjust it contractor basically does but if over bid you pay never seen such a crooked deal
Rich Hovland responded the same day our claim was turned in and he was at our house then the next day! (which by the way is quite a drive!) Everything is all taken care of in a matter of days!
Stay away from Center Mutual! Take your services to anyone but them. Completely rude & have never felt treated so disrespectfully over the phone. Ridiculous! Zero customer service. They truly must not care about keeping customers.
I made one call to Rich and he was fast to get back to me and help. It was a easy process and I was impressed by the speed and professionalism on how it was dealt with.
